Trey Graham

Shortly after graduating from Florida State University, Trey moved to Ohio in 2019, driven by the kind of ambition that comes with starting a corporate career and building a future from the ground up. Like so many others, his plans were upended just months later when the pandemic hit. Being furloughed was unexpected and unsettling—but it became the turning point that changed his life.

With a plethora of time, a lot of uncertainty, and a deep desire to create something of his own, Trey leaned into entrepreneurship. What started as a leap of faith turned into a calling. In July 2022, he opened the first location for 6 'N the Mornin' — a take-out only restaurant in Kenwood (Cincinnati). It was founded on passion, resilience, and a belief that great food could still bring people together—even in uncertain times.

A year and a half later, that belief grew into something bigger. In April 2024, Trey opened a full-service restaurant location in East Walnut Hills, marking a new chapter rooted in community, hospitality, and growth.

Now in 2026, he is more focused than ever. He continues to evolve, expand, and push boundaries while staying grounded in the journey that started with a setback and turned into a purpose. This restaurant is more than a business; it's proof that sometimes the detour is the destination.
