Our Organization

Trey Graham, the dynamic owner of 6 'N The Mornin', is stepping into a new chapter of impact — and he's not doing it alone. True to his name, Trey meaning "three," he is building a three-pillar legacy with his sister and father by his side. Together, this family trio is launching a nonprofit dedicated to shaping confident, well-rounded young adults through mentorship grounded in poise, etiquette, leadership, and real-world professionalism.

But they aren't stopping at mentorship. Trey's vision reaches further. He wants young people to not only grow but to learn the art of giving back, pouring into their communities, and lifting up those with fewer resources. The nonprofit's model blends personal development with service, creating young leaders who understand both excellence and empathy. Over time, the organization plans to introduce youth scholarships, internship pipelines, and hands-on opportunities that bridge ambition with access.

Trey's journey began long before the doors of his restaurant opened. From working in kitchens as a teen to studying business management at Florida State University to being laid off unexpectedly, every chapter refined his resilience and clarified his purpose. His response was to build something of his own — a thriving Cincinnati restaurant that has become more than a place to eat. It's a gathering space, a proving ground, and now, a platform for mentorship and community uplift.

As a devoted single father raising a gifted son, Trey understands how vital guidance and real-life modeling are. His sister brings grace, discipline, and a passion for teaching life skills. His father adds wisdom, grounding, and a generational steadiness. Together, the three form a complete circle of leadership: the entrepreneurial spark, the nurturing hand, and the steady compass.

Their nonprofit will use the rhythm and realities of restaurant life to teach what classrooms rarely cover: how to carry oneself with confidence; how to speak with intention; how to lead with character; how to serve others with dignity; and how to step into adulthood with both polish and purpose. It's mentorship in motion, infused with community responsibility and a heart for giving back.

Trey's life is proof that consistency, courage, and kindness can build an entire ecosystem of opportunity. Now he, his sister, and his father are turning that lived example into a legacy — one that will shape the next generation and help them rise, serve, and lead.
